myLunchPicker.com is the sole owner of the information collected on its Website. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in ways different from what is disclosed in this policy, without first obtaining your consent.
myLunchPicker.com may collect information when you visit or use our Website. Registered Users
When a customer joins myLunchPicker.com we collect information to provide customized service, to deliver promotions and other communications via email and to allow our customers to access and manage their myLunchPicker.com services and requests. (Please note that promotions and some online services are delivered via email so a valid email address is required.) We collect some or all of the following information:
Full Name, Email Address, Password, Address, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Birthday, Anniversary, Take-out Orders, Reservation Requests and Customer Service Correspondence
Information required to become a registered user includes name, password, email address and full home address. All users have the option not to receive emails from myLunchPicker.com (and/or from myLunchPicker.com restaurant partners), other than automated service messages concerning an order, request or dining survey. If you would like to change your email preferences please visit your Account section. Here you will be able to manage your email preferences, update your contact information and view and track your services and requests.
Some of our services may be offered in conjunction with partner companies, affiliates or other companies or websites with which we work. In order for us to provide these services to you, it may be necessary for us to share your personal information with one of such entities. These trusted partners are not allowed to use personally identifiable information except for the purpose of providing these services. If you do not want your data to be shared, you can choose not to allow the transfer by not using that particular service.

Online Reservations
If you choose to make an online reservation using myLunchPicker.com it is required that you are a registered user of myLunchPicker.com and you will need to provide your name, phone number, email address, requested reservation date and time along with the number of people in the party. (For best results, make your reservation during the restaurant's regular hours of operation.) The restaurant has the option to contact you about the reservation; this call may be recorded for training and quality control.

Online Take-out and/or Delivery
If you choose to order online take-out and/or delivery using myLunchPicker.com, it is required that you are a registered user of myLunchPicker.com and you will need to provide your name, phone number, email address and credit card information. (The restaurant has the option to contact you about your order). myLunchPicker.com will not charge your credit card. Your credit card information will be provided to the restaurant to be charged. This information is collected in advance to prevent fraudulent orders. When placing an order for delivery, you will need to agree that you are in fact within the delivery area of the restaurant.

Your myLunchPicker.com Account (Correction/Updating Personal Information)
You may access your account at the Account section. Here you will be able to manage your email preferences, update your contact information and view and track your services and requests. Please note: This system is a self-management tool—in other words, a means for you to keep track of and record of your usage. For privacy reasons, myLunchPicker.com will not mark or indicate certificate usage, but has offered this system as a simple way for you to keep track of your usage.

Email Preferences/Opt-out
We send out two types of emails, transactional and promotional. Our users are given the opportunity to "opt-out" of receiving promotional communications from myLunchPicker.com by updating their email preferences in the Account section or by sending an email with the information to update to info@mylunchpicker.com.
Transactional emails
Transactional emails include registration, confirmation, account update, customer service, restaurant surveys and other communications that myLunchPicker.com needs to reach our customers concerning their account, requests or purchases. This does not include any promotional communications, such as sales or specials. You may not opt out of these transactional communications. These emails will all be sent from a myLunchPicker.com address, for example name@mylunchpicker.com or promo@mylunchpicker.com.
Promotional emails
Promotional emails are sent to customers who opted into our email list. This option is provided when registering with myLunchPicker.com. These emails share exclusive sales and offers with our users and will be sent from mylunchpicker.com.
If you are having trouble receiving these emails first check your spam/junk folder. Occasionally emails can mistakenly end up in your spam/junk folder; it may help to add mylunchpicker.com to your address book. You can also email info@mylunchpicker.com and have us check to make sure you are still on the list, be sure to include your email address.
If you have opted-in to receive promotional emails you may opt out of these promotional emails at any time by updating your email preferences in the Account section or by sending an email with their request to info@mylunchpicker.com.

Customer Service Correspondence
If you send us correspondence, including emails and faxes, we may retain such information in the records of your account. We may also retain customer service correspondence and other correspondence from myLunchPicker.com to you. As with any other business, it is possible that myLunchPicker.com in the future could merge with or be acquired by another company.
